Phillip Mutual Berhad (PMB) was incorporated in Malaysia on 31 January 2002 under the Companies Act 1965 with a paid up capital of RM 20,290,932. The shareholders are Phillip Capital Holdings Sdn Bhd (70%) and Ehsan Astaka Sdn Bhd (30%).
Phillip Mutual Berhad is essentially part of the Phillip Capital Singapore Group of companies, a financial conglomerate with interests in stockbroking, futures broking and fund management and information technology.
